About Us

Since 2014 YAPS has been delivering great education to learners every year. We were initially located in town but relocated to 09 Square Hill Street, Delville Park, George. Young Ambassadors Primary School offers education for learners from Grade R to Grade 7.

By choosing YAPS you are enabling us to give your child the gift of believing in themselves and help them to evolve!
Our teachers are fully qualified and have a passion for teaching and making sure each child is loved and taught according to the CAPS Curriculum and our school values.
Our classes are small and we are also equipped with interactive whiteboards (electronic whiteboard).
The school premises and the classrooms are equipped with cameras for the safety of our learners and teachers.
Our educational care nurtures and stimulates your children to reach their full potential. Our aim is to provide each child with an opportunity to grow and develop on every level.

Young Ambassadors Primary School takes pride in knowing we are preparing our learners to be fully equipped with the necessary skills to be launched into life.
As a Christian school, Christian values such as respect, patience, honesty, responsibility, consideration and kindness, are a priority. We wish to instil a love for Christ and encourage learners to build a relationship with Him. Young Ambassadors Primary School makes a deliberate effort to link the gospel of Christ with the daily life of the school.
Here at Young Ambassadors Primary School, at every level, expectations are high, values are fundamental and accomplishment is praised as staff work in partnership with parents to ensure a quality and supportive learning experience.

Our Mission

At Young Ambassadors Primary School we strive on a daily basis to do the following:
• Create a cheerful and calm learning atmosphere where children's self-esteem and confidence are allowed to grow and where they feel able to make mistakes without fear or criticism.

fellow learners.
• To teach and value acceptance of each other's individuality and diversities.
• To help each learner reach their full academic potential with the guidance of an enthusiastic professional and dedicated team of educators. To provide each learner with a carefully planned and structured academic programme that combines academic rigour with fun, sensitivity and prayerfulness. To challenge each learner to expand their intellectual, spiritual, social and emotional boundaries and skills in a safe and nurturing environment, that encourages them to be themselves.
